Are your services only for breast cancer survivors?
No! Women who are not breast cancer survivors can also benefit from our services. The success of our work is evident when a client says: "I can breathe better," or "I am standing up straighter, or "I feel lighter," after a fitting. In some cases a woman even reconsiders breast reduction surgery.
Clients have discovered that a proper fit greatly enhances how they feel physically as well as how they feel about themselves, and naturally enhances how they look.
Will insurance cover bras and/or prostheses for breast cancer patients?
Yes, for our clients who are breast cancer patients, most insurance providers will cover up to three bras per year, and one prosthesis every other year.
How does my purchase help other women?
The profits earned from non-insurance purchases goes towards supporting the needs of underserved women in the Bay Area.
